What You’ll Do
- Clean commercial offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, empty trash, and restock restroom and break-room supplies.
- Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and client-specific instructions.
- Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, supply needs, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to your supervisor.
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while working at client locations.
- Work independently while also supporting fellow team members when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
- A strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right.
- Positive attitude, respectful communication, and willingness to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and safety procedures.
- Attention to detail and the ability to notice tasks that need to be completed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule and Pay
- Part-time and/or full-time opportunities may be available.
- Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available depending on the account.
- Competitive pay based on experience, reliability, and job responsibilities.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
