About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the janitorial services market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients.
- Develop customized proposals and contracts to meet client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably at least 1 year in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
