What You’ll Be Doing:

· Make high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses across target markets

· Identify decision-makers and introduce 360clean services

· Overcome objections and position value effectively

· Schedule qualified walkthrough appointments for franchise owners

· Follow up consistently through calls and email

· Track activity, notes, and pipeline in CRM

· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

· Comfortable in a high-activity, outbound sales environment

· Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by performance

· Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

· Organized with strong follow-up habits

· Sales, cold calling, or telemarketing experience preferred
