Days: Saturday or Sunday
Time Window: Any time between 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Flat monthly rate (straight pay)
- Paid as a 1099 independent contractor
- Recurring, predictable weekend work
- Perform scheduled cleaning tasks including mopping
- Service restrooms
- Remove trash and lift trash into a compactor
- Follow provided cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Work independently and complete the job within the approved time window
- All cleaning supplies and materials
- Clear scope of work and expectations
- Ongoing support and communication
- Commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to meet physical requirements of the role
