Role: Commercial Cleaning Technician

🧼 Position Details:
• Shift Start: After 6:00 PM during the week and any time on Saturday
• Workload: Approximately 1 - 2 hours per office
• Route: 2 - 3 offices per evening, and 3 - 4 offices on Saturday
• Area to be Serviced: Midtown-Virginia Highlands Area
• Travel Time: Paid while driving between locations
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with at least alternating Saturday shifts but would prefer someone willing to work every Saturday.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle required
• Equipment: Must be willing to travel with a small 4qt backpack vacuum and cleaning caddie in your vehicle

🧹 Commercial Cleaning Technician Duties:
• Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard surface floors and carpets
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, walls)
• Restock restroom supplies (paper products, soap)
• Clean entrance and interior glass surfaces
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
• Follow company procedures (safety, timekeeping, uniform, and lock-up protocols)
✅ Qualifications:
• No experience required—just a great attitude!
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation for travel between offices
