- Collect data from online databases and manage leads throughout the CRM-based sales cycle to schedule sales appointments.
- Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead conversion to appointments, and assisting with revenue wins.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts, ensuring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals are met.
- Perform additional duties as needed, as directed by management.
- Technologically adept with the ability to navigate various software and online platforms.
- Experience using business intelligence tools.
- B2B sales experience (outbound call center or appointment setting experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing programs preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
