Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices and facilities.
- Utilize industry-standard cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their safe usage. Training provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
