Assistant Manager - Commercial Cleaning Services

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing commercial cleaning company. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills to help oversee our cleaning operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily cleaning operations and supervise cleaning staff
  • Ensure delivery of all contracted services and resolve issues with building management
  • Conduct quality control inspections and maintain high cleaning standards
  • Train and develop cleaning staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
  • Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Prepare reports on cleaning operations and staff performance
  • Assist with scheduling, timesheets, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years management & cleaning experience 
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
