Job Description:
360clean, a local commercial cleaning franchise, is now hiring floor technician team members:
We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work, are detail oriented and are able to work independently.  A floor technician's role is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within an establishment. Their responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, conducting minimal repairs and inventory checks, arranging furniture and fixtures, organizing supplies, and keeping floors free from obstructions.
 
Job Duties:

  • Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
  • Ability to use floor scrubber (side by side, walk behind)
  • Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.
  • Moving furniture before and after cleaning.
  • Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.
  • Measuring chemicals correctly.
  • Operating chemical dispensing units.
  • Labeling chemicals correctly.
  • Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment proficiently.
  • Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous floor cleaning experience required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have smartphone that can be used for timeclock application
  • Must be available to work weekends
